My contribution to Scottish Surfing:
Inclusive Surfing Scotland is a charity, who offer fully adaptive surfing sessions to surfers with disabilities that would otherwise limit their access to the waves. The charity caters to both children and adults with a wide range of needs, these include but are not limited to, hearing and sight impairments, limb loss, wheelchair users, autism, and cerebral palsy.
Inclusive Surfing Scotland delivers bespoke surfing sessions tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Surfers will be able to surf using a variety of specialist adaptive equipment, including tandem seated boards and prone surfboards. Beach wheelchairs, warm wetsuits, and safety equipment are also available. Sessions run from the surfing beaches of East Lothian, the Borders, and Fife.
