Momentum surf school is a family run business based in Edinburgh.
With over 50 years combined surfing experience between Owner Dad Martin, daughter Tamzin, and eldest son Owen, all are Fully qualified I.S.A Surf Instructors and have represented Team Scotland at both National and World Junior Championships. Martin an I.S.A Level 2 Coach, is also one of the Junior and Senior Team Scotland National coaches.

Our mission has been to create an appreciation of what the coastlines around Scotland has to offer for the now Olympic sport of surfing. We offer the complete package from beginner to competition surfer, home to Edinburgh and Borders surf club, you can even have you’re own custom surfboard handmade in Edinburgh by Martin McQueenie since 96’
